December 1, 2016 - Georgetown Law Hosts Chief Judge Prost of the Federal Circuit and PTO Director Michelle Lee in Annual Patent Law & Policy conference

On December 1 and 2, the Institute co-hosted Georgetown’s Eighth Annual Patent Law & Policy conference with the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, bringing together judges, practitioners, scholars and industry leaders to discuss current topics in patent litigation and an agenda for the new Congress.

Keynote remarks were made by the Honorable Sharon Prost, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Michelle Lee, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
